At Wildwood Witch By Freya, we want you to be enchanted by your purchase; however, if your item isn't a perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include your printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
